Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you register for our waitlist:

• Account information: First name, last name, work email address, company name, and job role.
• Referral data: If you register through a referral link, we record the referral code used and attribute credits accordingly.
• Demo interactions: Queries you submit through the live AI demo on the landing page, along with session identifiers, to enforce the 2-query-per-session limit.
• Communications: Any messages you send us through the contact form.

We also collect limited technical data automatically:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and page interaction timestamps.
• Cookies: Session cookies required for form state and rate-limiting. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use collected information for the following purposes only:

• To register you on our waitlist and communicate your place and status.
• To assign and track your AI credit balance and referral conversions.
• To send transactional emails: registration confirmation, referral success notifications, and your Beta access invitation when available.
• To operate and improve the live demo feature responsibly, including rate-limiting.
• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To maintain internal analytics about overall registration volume and referral performance -- never individual profiling for advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your data only with the following categories of service providers, under strict data processing agreements:

• Database hosting: Your registration data is stored on a hosted database service. Data remains within your agreed jurisdiction.
• Transactional email: We use Mailchimp's Mandrill service to deliver registration, referral, and beta invitation emails. Mailchimp receives your email address and name for delivery purposes only.
• AI demo: Queries you submit through the live demo are processed via the Anthropic Claude API. Anthropic's data processing terms apply. We do not store your demo query content permanently.
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage data only -- no personal identifiers are shared with analytics services.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or business.

We apply the following technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Encryption at rest: Your registration data is stored with AES-256 encryption at the database layer.
• Access controls: Only authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need can access registration data. Admin access requires authenticated sessions with strong credentials.
• No client data for AI training: Your demo queries and registration data are never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI foundation models.

No system is completely immune to risk. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to update inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your registration and associated data from our systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Unsubscribe: Opt out of all marketing and notification emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by visiting our unsubscribe page.
• Restriction: Ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@feasibilitypro.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your registration data for as long as necessary to manage the waitlist and deliver the promised beta access. If Feasibilitypro.AI does not launch or you request deletion before launch, we will purge your data within 30 days of that event or request.

Demo session logs are retained for up to 90 days for rate-limiting and abuse prevention purposes, then automatically deleted. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.
