These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and FeasibilityPro INC ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Feasibilitypro.AI waitlist platform at waitlist.feasibilitypro.ai (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is a pre-launch waitlist service that allows eligible professionals to register for early access to the Feasibilitypro.AI product (currently under development by FeasibilityPro INC, targeting launch in July 2026). Registration on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the final product or any specific features.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a professional working in real estate development, feasibility analysis, or a related field to register. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
Credits earned on this waitlist platform are pre-launch incentives only. They represent a starting allocation when the core Feasibilitypro.AI product launches. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are subject to the final product's pricing and credit policy at launch.
Upon successful registration you receive 50 AI credits as a launch incentive. For each colleague who registers via your unique referral link, you receive an additional 25 credits, up to a maximum of 5 referrals (175 total credits). The colleague also receives 25 bonus credits in addition to their 50 registration credits.
Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and may be adjusted or replaced by equivalent value at the time of product launch. We reserve the right to modify the credit structure at any time with reasonable notice to waitlist registrants.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. Fraudulent referral activity (including self-referral, automated registration, or creation of fake accounts) will result in immediate removal from the waitlist and forfeiture of all credits.
The live AI demo available on the landing page is provided as a demonstration of potential product capabilities only. It is limited to 2 queries per visitor session and is rate-limited by IP address.
Demo responses are generated by AI and are not verified professional advice. They should not be relied upon for any actual feasibility analysis, investment decision, or commercial transaction. Always verify AI-generated outputs with qualified professionals.
You agree not to submit queries to the demo that are: offensive, defamatory, unlawful, designed to circumvent rate limits, or intended to probe security vulnerabilities.
All content on the Platform (including the Feasibilitypro.AI name and logo, design system, copy, animations, and software) is owned by or licensed to FeasibilityPro INC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, professional waitlist registration purposes only. You may not: copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software; use our brand assets without prior written permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Platform or our products may be used by us freely without obligation to you.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Register multiple accounts or submit fraudulent referrals to accumulate credits unfairly.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our admin systems, database, or API endpoints.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent removal from the waitlist and, where applicable, legal action.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not warrant that registration on the waitlist guarantees access to the Feasibilitypro.AI product. The product is currently in development and its features, pricing, and availability remain subject to change.
AI demo outputs are generated by a third-party language model and should not be treated as professional advice. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FeasibilityPro INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which in most cases will be nil, as the waitlist is free).
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FeasibilityPro INC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless you are located in a jurisdiction that does not permit mandatory arbitration of consumer disputes.
You agree that any claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify registered waitlist users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, please stop using the Platform and contact us to request removal of your registration.
